Guy Freiburghaus

Consultant in complex case structuring

My name is Guy Freiburghaus. For more than 30 years of career I have been guided by a simple conviction: order creates clarity, and clarity creates better decisions.

Guy Freiburghaus, consultant in complex case structuring

In corporate finance, property management and wealth advice I kept seeing the same pattern: complex situations are often only complex because we approach them badly. Once you structure them, they become clear.

My background

Experience built on several pillars

Finance leadership

I ran the finance function of a leading Swiss law firm. That is where I understood what really matters: a lawyer’s time is spent on the law, not on sorting documents. Structuring a file upstream gives that time back to everyone.

Real estate and property

I spent years structuring complex real-estate projects, often with high financial stakes. Each one repeated the same lesson: accurate documentation and a sourced timeline save time, money and stress.

Wealth management

I helped families and business owners clarify their financial situation, coordinate solutions between several advisers and take calm, informed decisions in difficult contexts.

An idea becomes real

From that experience came an observation: individuals facing a contentious situation — a dismissal, a real-estate dispute, an estate — need preparation, not representation.

  • They are not looking for a lawyer who judges their case.
  • They are looking for someone who organises, clarifies and prepares.
  • Then they go and see the lawyer with a file that holds up.

That is exactly what I do at ResoluXionpro.

My approach

Four steps, no detours

01

Listen

Understand your situation, your stakes and your questions. Define the scope of work.

02

Organise

Collect the documents, classify them by theme and date, build a sourced timeline.

03

Analyse

Identify the contradictions, the missing information and the key points to look into.

04

Deliver

Hand over a clear synthesis, a timeline and the questions to examine with your lawyer.

What I do — and what I do not do

I do

  • Prepare and analyse case files
  • Document the facts
  • Identify the issues
  • Prepare the right questions

I do not

  • Practise law — that is the lawyer’s role
  • Represent you in court
  • Pass judgement, nor give direct legal advice

Based in Crissier, French-speaking Switzerland

Where and on what I work

Established in Crissier (Vaud) since 2023, I work mainly in French-speaking Switzerland — Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Valais, Neuchâtel — and remotely across Switzerland.

What it changes

A file that holds up, documented facts, questions ready to be asked.

Save time

A sorted, dated and chronologued file, ready for you and your lawyer to use.

Less stress

From confusion to clarity: knowing what is established, what is disputed and what still needs verifying.

Negotiate better

Arrive prepared, with the right documents, the right questions and clear objectives.

A first step, without sensitive documents

Let’s start by clarifying your situation.
