First engagement offer

Your first engagement: a clear situation report

To start clarifying your case, benefit from a flat fee of CHF 990, 8.1% VAT included.

This flat fee includes:

the case opening fee;
3 hours of analysis and summary of the documents provided;
a written situation report setting out the essential facts, the information still needed and the questions to review with your lawyer.

The three hours correspond to the total time spent on analysis and summary within the agreed scope. The written situation report is included in the flat fee. Any additional service requires your prior approval and is billed at CHF 390 per hour, VAT included. The case opening fee is not charged a second time.
